Starts an instance of the Spring Service Framework as Avalon service.

Class Summary

AvalonContainerBean	Base class to create an Avalon container as Spring bean.
AvalonServiceFactoryBean	A Spring factory bean to lookup Avalon service and get a hold on them as Spring bean.
BeanFactoryServiceManager	Wraps a Spring bean factory to implement an Avalon service lookup - this allows to delegate a service lookup to Spring.
SpringFrameworkServiceImpl	Starts an instance of the Spring Service Framework as Avalon service.
YaafiContainerBean	A POJO starting/stopping the YAAFI container and exposing a ServiceManager.
