SoftLayer node driver

Extra node attributes:
    - password: root password
    - hourlyRecurringFee: hourly price (if applicable)
    - recurringFee      : flat rate    (if applicable)
    - recurringMonths   : The number of months in which the recurringFee
     will be incurred.
