Apache™ FOP Version 1.1rc1

This is Release Candidate 1 (rc1) of an upcoming minor (dot) release of FOP. FOP 1.1rc1 contains many bux fixes and a number of improvements, including important features such as support for Complex Scripts (e.g., Arabic, Hebrew, Indic, and Southeast Asian scripts).
