How to become a Sponsor or Exhibitor

The OpenOffice.org Conference 2007 is your opportunity to gain global visibility for your OpenOffice.org related products and services. Sponsors are vital to ensuring the success of the Conference. These are the sponsorship options:

• Premium: 1 page for advertisement in conference program (black/white guaranteed, could be colour, 10.5x21cm (4.13"x8.22"); a large logo on all marketing materials (flayers, printouts, posters); publication of sponsor's text (news) in the on line news during the conference; publication of short presentation text on conference web page and logo; (note: We request you limit the logo/icon size for the Web to not more than 200 x200 px, 20kb); a VIP ticket for participation on all conference events; special note of gratitude in conference conclusion; and include a brochure in the attendant's conference bag.

  The expected donation by a premium sponsor is 4000 EUR min.

• Gold: Company logo on conference sponsors page (with link) (note: We request you limit the logo/icon size for the Web to not more than 200 x200 px, 20kb); company logo in the conference program; note of gratitude at the conclusion of conference.

  The expected donation for a gold sponsor is 1000 EUR.

Fees are due in one payment on June 1, 2007. We cannot include your company in the program or preliminary promotional opportunities without receipt of this agreement and payment before June 1, 2007.

Material sponsor, media sponsor, technical sponsor

There are also other special sponsor opportunities, such as: sponsoring a key note or participant travel expenses; or a special launch or dinners. Contact the organisers for more details on these or other additional opportunities.

The email with your exhibitor application should include the following information:

• Company Logo
• URL of Home Page
• Title of Exhibit (if applyable)
• Description of Exhibit (100 words max., if applicable)
• Special Requirements beyond Table/Desk (e.g. Internet)
