A Runnable proxy to an XmlRpcBatchStub that allows the call to the XmlRpcBatchStub to be asynchronous rather than synchronous. This allows a Scheduler that calls the XmlRpcBatchMgr to not be stuck waiting for each job to complete before scheduling the next Job
