Apache Slider Release 0.61.0 (incubating)¶

This release is built against Apache Hadoop 2.6.0, HBase 0.98.4 and Accumulo 1.6.1

Key changes¶

This is exactly the same source as in Slider 0.60.0-incubating, except it has been packaged up and released as binary artifacts.

These artifacts are available on the Maven central repository under the org.apache.slider tree, as well as being mirrored by the ASF mirroring mechanism.

Note that the application was built on Java 7: to guarantee that the binaries are compatible with a Java 6 installation, a build against a Java 6 JVM is recommended.
