Fulcrum is a component repository for Turbine. 

Changes in this version include:

  New Features:

o creates a list of dependencies (all optional), called handler.0 through 
  handler.9, instead of just handler. 
o Add merlin meta info generation. Refactor common code between server and 
  client. 
o XML-RPC component was added. 

  Fixed bugs:

o Change Server component to unregister handlers on dispose() method. 
  Prevents shutdown errors. 

  Changes:

o Bump to newer version of xmlrpc liberary, 1.2-b2.
