We are pleased to announce the Maven JDepend Plugin 1.3 release!

JDepend traverses Java class file directories and generates design quality 
metrics for each Java package. JDepend allows you to automatically measure the 
quality of a design in terms of its extensibility, reusability, and 
maintainability to manage package dependencies effectively.

Changes in this version include:

  Fixed bugs:

o Add xml declaration to generated report. Fixed for character encoding. 
o Fixed MAVEN-493. I register reports only if source, test,... exists. So, 
  corresponding entrys in menu will appear only if reports are registered. 
  Fixes MAVEN-493.
