We are pleased to announce the Maven Changelog Plugin 1.3 release!

The Changelog plugin generates reports about recent changes to the SCM 
repository.

  Fixed bugs:

o Remove classloader property stuff 
o Add xml declaration to generated report. Fixed for character encoding. 
o Escape filename. Fixes MPCHANGELOG-8. Thanks to Bruce Chenoweth. 
o I register reports only if source, test,... exists. So, corresponding 
  entrys in menu will appear only if reports are registered. Fixes 
  MPCHANGELOG-9. 
o Corrected link for viewcvs configured with muliple cvs repository. Fixes

o Add support of IBM Rational ClearCase SCM. Fixes MPCHANGELOG-6.
