YouTube publishing workflow:

After running the mlt-melt workflow, do the following:

* Bulk upload all of the generated _final.mp4 files to YouTube
* Open the track schedule eg https://www.apachecon.com/acah2020/tracks/httpd.html
* Foreach uploaded video, click edit.
* Verify that the filename (eg whotsitW1815) matches the listed time (eg Wednesday 18:15)
* In 'Title' copy/paste the talk title
* In 'Description' copy/paste the talk title and author(s)
* In 'Description' copy/paste the following:

A presentation from ApacheCon @Home 2020
https://apachecon.com/acah2020/

* In 'Description' copy/paste the talk abstract and author bios.
* In playlists, select 'ApacheCon @Home 2020' and 'ApacheCon @Home 2020: TRACK NAME' (Create that latter playlist if this is the first video for that track.

* Click the "More" link. Under tags, paste:

apachecon,acah2020,apache,open source,The Apache Software Foundation

* Click "Next" twice.
* Select "Unlisted" under publishing details, and click the "Save" button.

Repeat.

Once all videos have processed and are listed as "Unlisted" (ie, rather than Pending), select them all and update them to "Public" so that the whole track publishes at once.
