Graham is a Senior Software Engineer at IBM's Hursley Laboratory, England. He participates in open standards through the OSGi Alliance Core Platform and Enterprise Expert Groups, and the OASIS SCA Assembly TC. His main interests are in SOA, service distribution, and the relationships between the OSGi and Service Component Architecture technologies. He is also a lead on the open source PHP SCA PECL project.
