Documented additional known issue with PS Renderer that I didn't have time to fix.
Redirects and release names cleaned up as per Simon's suggestions.
Reenabled javadocs on the binary dist. Agreed with Christian via IM to look at this for the next release (separate docs zip or whatever, remove XML JARs for 1.4 builds or not etc.).
