Xerces-J also includes an XML Schema 1.1 processor. XML Schema 1.1 processor has dependency on an XPath 2.0 processor. Apache Xerces-J in collaboration with Eclipse Foundation's Web Tools Platform (WTP) project, has contributed to the development of an XPath 2.0 processor that is used within Xerces-J's XML Schema 1.1 processor.
