Usage:
    InitTermTest [options] <XML file>

This program tests the XMLPlatformUtils::Initialize()/Terminate()
pair by calling it a number of times.
Options:
    -n          Enable namespace processing. Default is off.
    -s          Enable schema processing. Default is off.
    -f          Enable full schema constraint checking. Defaults to off.
    -?          Show this help.
