- This example demonstrates how to dynamically register resources at runtime 
- The RegistrationServlet is responsible for registering new resources at runtime
- The application displays a page at http://localhost:8080/RuntimeRegistration for registering 
  the AtomHelloWorldResource and HelloWorldResource.
