WSInvoker is a java application used to invoke web services.
The prerequisites to run this application are as follows:
* JRE 1.4.2 (possibly other versions)
	* tested, developed on a Win XP box with JRE 1.4.2_04
* an OS enabled to run Swing applications
	* tested with WinXP and RH9.0 with XWindows
* a minimum of 25MB free
* recommended mem of 256MB
* Jakarta ant to build this project
	* tested with Ant 1.5.4 on WinXP and RH9

After you have unzipped this file, run:
ant dist
This will create a batch/shell script called wsinvoker.bat or
wsinvoker.sh for you in the bin directory.  Run that startup
script.  Alternatively, you may run the startup script in the
dist directory.
