CGI scripts for the Inktomi assembly plugin demo

Install these scripts in the cgi-bin directory
of the webserver.
Update the webserver name in the portal.cgi source code.

Configure browser to use the proxy.
Send some requests.
Format of requests:
  http://<webserver>/cgi-bin/portal.cgi?user=<username>&city=<city_name>&news=<sports|intl>

Example:
  http://helsinki.climate.example.com/cgi-bin/portal.cgi?user=franck&city=SF&news=sports
  http://helsinki.climate.example.com/cgi-bin/portal.cgi?user=davep&city=NY&news=intl
