Upgrade hibernate dependency to 4.1.1 as discussed on the dev list (http://markmail.org/thread/3nhpl5cptec4hfgf) hibernate 4.1.1 has a hard dependency on jboss-logging, add update hsqldb from 1.8.0.10 to 2.2.8, otherwise hsqldb throws "This function is not supported"
