Switch from a generator class/object to a generator function.

* tools/hook-scripts/mailer/mailer.py
  (DiffGenerator.__getitem__): use the new generator_diff() generator
    function instead of an instance.
  (generate_diff): new function based off the DiffContent class.
  (class DiffContent): remove
