When running javadoc (doc-javahl target), link to the Java 11 API doc (latest LTS release at the time of writing) instead of the fairly old Java 6.
The API docs for 1.13 and 1.14 (in /site/publish/docs/javahl) has been generated using this link.
Obvious fix.
