This directory contains (the beginnings) of a user manual for the
Subversion command-line client.

As Subversion matures, its exact behaviors become more well-defined.
This directory should be a central place to write up descriptions of
these behaviors -- instead of spreading them among far-flung notes and
emails.

Eventually, these descriptions should be assembled into real user
documentation!
