Robert Peter "Robbie" Williams [1][2] (born 13 February 1974, Stoke-on-Trent) is a multi-BRIT Award-winning English singer, songwriter, actor, and musician. His career started in 1990, at the age of 16, as a dancer and singer with the pop band Take That. Williams left the group in 1995, after many disagreements with the management and certain group members, to launch his solo career.
