Fix invalid comparison and optimize construction of CellStyle objects for comparison Fix copy/paste-errors where object are compared with itself for "hidden" and "locked". Integration tests showed that sometimes lots of time is spent here, so let's try to reduce the number of calls to getCellStyle().
