Use the "ModuleUIConfigurationManagerSupplier" service to get the
document type specific user interface manager (for Writer, for Calc, ...)
again. Next check if the toolbar, defined by the ToolbarURL, is present.
If that is the case, execute the "removeSettings" function to remove it.
