A patch from Christian Carlow for "Include Thailand Province Geo data" https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/OFBIZ-5607 I noticed that Thailand province geo data is missing OOTB while importing legacy data which should be added. jleroux: as fort Malaysian geo data I have added the mean to load those seed data in the common/ofbiz-component.xml file
