Bug fix - Typo - ORDER_COMPLETE -> ORDER_COMPLETED. ITEM_COMPLETE -> ITEM_COMPLETED. This was causing issue and was not changing the PO line items status to completed one when order comes into complete status. Thanks Pranay & Amit!
