Fixed: UI issue on the Contact Us page of ecommerce application
(OFBIZ-11061)

Steps to regenerate:

1. Navigate to https://demo-trunk.ofbiz.apache.org/ecomseo/
2. Click on Login
3. Enter valid username and password
4. Click on login button
5. Click on Contact Us

Actual: From, subject and message label are not displayed properly on some resolution.

Note: This issue is resolution specific if you are unable to generate the issue then increase the resolution of your screen or zoom in the page on browser
