Fixed: Cannot create a new GL Account (OFBIZ-9429) This changes the service definition of createGLAccount to use the pk attributes as OUT instead of INOUT so that the glAccountId will be generated by OFBiz instead of being provided to the service. Thanks Sharan Foga for reporting.
