The Apache MyFaces Portlet Bridge consists of several projects branches. Each project branch is designed to accomidate a different JSF and Portlet version number. In general, bridges with lower specifications will work with higher specifications but not vide versa. Below is a mapping between the R.I. Version numbers and the JSR Spec it pertains to:
