I also changed the detachment form detection, we now if an identifier is passed and the element is detached send a request if we only have one element left over all forms in the system
which has either the same identifier or or the same name (but not two different elements one with an identifier the other one with a name, in that case the spec error is thrown for not identifyable anymore in the dom tree)

I hope the code now is weak enough to pass the component sets detachement case perfectly.
