o updating tests to reflect the addition of the lifecyle

  in most cases this amounts to changing

  "jar:jar" -> "package"
  "jar:install" -> "install"
  "compiler:compile" -> "compile"

  and I also disabled the tests for pre/post goals as we aren't going
  to use those anymore (hopefully).
