Use Jena, reader named "GRDDL"

   e.g.
   Model m = ....
   m.read("http://example.org/grddl.html","GRDDL"); 
   
Or java *classpath* jena.rdfcopy \
    http://www.example.org/grddl.html GRDDL RDF-XML/ABBREV
    

Classpath must include: 
    all the jena jars, and all the grddl jars.
