ModelBDB 1.0beta

This is the 1.0beta release of ModelBDB, an extension to Jena which allows
persistent models to be stored in BDB JE databases. BDB databases sit in
filestore and are accessed directly by code, rather than indirectly via
a server which may require configuration and permissions.
