This is a list of changes to the Jena code base
motivated by the new IRI code.

 Changed two of the tainting tests concerning behaviour with badURIs
 ht^tp: and http://ww^w/  despite being bad can be used as base.
 
 Changed a tainting text with a relative resolution against mailto
 
 ht#tp://jjc3.org/demo.mp3#frag is treated as an ill-formed *relative* URI, rather
 than simply ill-formed.
