Copy over the jars into JAR then

run convert

Makes jena.ddl - has the script for jena-lib.dll

e.g.
ikvm ARQ/*.jar -out:jena.dll -target:library

testing:

get a copy of Jena testing/ overlaid with ARQ's testing
get doc/inference/data/{owlDemoData,owlDemoSchema}.xml
