MPT Maven plugin

* The <<<mpt:run>>> Goal

  The <<<mpt:run>>> goal isn't bound to any phase. This goal runs the configured MPTs.

  Since the MPT plugin doesn't executes automatically during the phases you may want
  to put <<<executions>>> to the <<<configuration>>>.
