Make sure the source distribution includes NOTICE.txt and LICENSE.txt from the source tree instead of the tuple generated by maven remote resource plugin.
(Same approach as for jSieve: NOTICE.txt/LICENSE.txt from the src tree used only in the src.zip, other artifacts using maven generated files).
