When adding files to this directory, please ensure that the list in the file
  ../pmc_list.xml
is also updated.

Also, please update xdocs/create.xml if necessary to update the list of PMCs

N.B. These files are referenced by utils.xsl: <xsl:template match="doap:Project" mode="pmcName">
if the DOAP PMC entry - for example <asfext:pmc rdf:resource="http://jakarta.apache.org/" /> -
does not contain '.rdf' (which seems to be the case for all DOAPs currently).
In that case, the PMC rdf file is loaded from data_files/{tlp}.rdf

All the files in this directory must have the extension '.rdf' and the file name must be the same
as the TLP website host name.

Note: PMC descriptor files can alternatively be stored elsewhere, in which case ensure that
the 'rdf:resource' attribute contains the full URL of the PMC rdf file (which must have extension '.rdf').
