Build Instructions

There is no need to build the site after updating any of the configuration files.

The site is built automatically every few hours by a cron job running under the
apsite login on minotaur.

This creates the html files and copies them to the target directories on minotaur.

The generated files are not checked into SVN.

It is possible to build the site locally by running the Ant build file, 
but please do not check in the generated files.
