  The most common cause for missing entries is incorrect protections
  on the copied directory. In turn this is caused by either the
  wrong umask or the wrong rsync options.
  Please double-check the settings and fix them so that the next
  rsync run can correct any errors.
  Please don't change the protections manually as that won't be a
  permanent fix.

  Note that :
  -- we require that Apache mirrors use an Apache web server
  -- we may silently remove mirrors with persistent problems
