- Move "share.sqlite.empty" to "share.sqlite"
- Copy settings.default.ini to settings.ini, and modify the contents.
- Edit the include path in config.php
- Make sure you adjust the path in www/.htaccess
- Make cache/compiled_templates, the install dir and share.sqlite writable by
  the webserver user.
