eZ Document road show

This very simple application shows how the document component from the eZ Components can transform between different types of common markup languages. A tutorial how you can use this in your own application is available in the documentation of the document component.

Notes

The links get all converted to dummy links, when converting back and forth with eZ XML, because eZ XML normally uses a database backend to store the actual URLs and only references them by ID in the markup. This has been exchanged against a dummy implementation, so your URLs will get lost during such conversions.

All conversions are completely customizeable in the document component. What you can see here are the default conversions. For example, each Docbook node can be decorated to something else when converting to HTML, or you can add additional class-attribute values. Also the used CSS in HTML may of course be exchanged or replaced by an external CSS file.
