NPanday PartCover Plugin

 The PartCover Plugin allows user to generate code coverage reports for .net source code.
 
* Goals Overview

 The PartCover plugin has several goals:

 * generate - This goal generates an xml report of the code coverage.
 
 * convert - This converts the xml report to a more readable html report.
