This goes along with 1369012 - https://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/incubator/flex/trunk/frameworks/projects/tool/src/mx/automation/tool/ToolAdapter.as Fix https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/FLEX-33160. For Apache SDK, references to QTP were replaced with Tool. During that process, one genuine reference to QTP also got modified and hence the issue.
