For windows, mxmlc.exe -> mxmlc.bat and compc.exe -> compc.bat and add include of env.properties. Ignore env.properties. This is optionally created by copying env-template.properties to env.properties and customizing it for a particular environment. env.properties should not be submitted to svn.
