Explicitly set default stage.quality to HIGH. Fixes rendering issues in mobiletheme skins.

Moved textShadowColor and textShadowAlpha from BasicInheritingTextStyles to only ActionBar and Button

Added mobile DefaultButtonSkin for Button.emphasized, accentColor styling.

Remove text shadow from CheckBox and RadioButton

QE notes: Changing mobile stage quality from MEDIUM to HIGH results in anti aliasing changes in rounded graphics and FTE fonts.
