Datavisualization.swc refactoring - 1

Rewritten Legend component to extend UIComponent instead of Container
Added style "labelClass" to AxisRenderer, ColumnChart, ColumnSeries, BarChart and BarSeries.
Its default value is spark.components.Label (mx.controls.Label if former is not found in the application domain)

QE notes: Legend, Column and Bar chart labeling, Axis labels needs good amount of testing. Mustella tests would fail for labels (a shift in position of labels might be there).

Doc notes: A new style "labelClass" is added for classes AxisRenderer, ColumnChart, ColumnSeries, BarChart and BarSeries
