The trunk now thinks it is Flex 4 rather than Flex 3.

The command-line tools report their version as "4.0.0 build NNNNN" because I updated FLEX_MAJOR_VERSION in VersionInfo.jara.

There is a new constant, VERSION_4_0, in the runtime FlexVersion class with the value 0x04000000, and CURRENT_VERSION is now this version.

The defaults.css for Flex 3's framework.swc has been renamed to defaults-3.0.0.css. The 'version' style in defaults.css now has the value "4.0.0".

The VERSION constant included into component classes is now "4.0.0.0".
