Revert "Removing prefix on plugin's target (too error prone for the moment, we will take this in consideration on next release with a better conflict management on plugins)"
Ant's extensionPoint have a strange behavior when mixing include / import (extensionPoint are not prefixed, but all target in "depends" attribute are prefixed even if it is a extension point).
