FELIX-583, FELIX-584, FELIX-588: Do not depend on ConfigurationAdmin.createFactoryConfiguration
to persist the newly created configuration, instead directly use that new configuration
object for the form display.
This is to cope with Equinox CM which does not persist such created factory configurations
unlike the Apache Felix ConfigAdmin, which does.
